Research & development expenditures, which are innovative and creative work, evaluated as an substantial factor in productivity, competitiveness, sustainable growth performance developed countries. This study, is targeted to empirically analyze the impact of research expenditures on economic unemployment 25 selected countries from years 1996-2020. Panel data analysis was carried out with methods that take into account cross-section dependency. After testing unit root variables econometric model, Westerlund cointegration test used determine long-run relationship. Afterward, short long-term coefficients were determined panel ARDL methods. The empirical findings revealed there interaction between long run. However, while a relation employment run, no relationship found two term. Dumitrescu Hurlin's causality performed causal link determined.
